Meet the Dental Team
Kristin Frazier, Certified Dental Assistant
Kristin joined our practice in 2005 and brought with her an extensive knowledge of the dental industry. Her high energy level and ability to tackle any task from repairing dental equipment to IT trouble shooter has made her a valuable asset to our small family oriented practice. Kristin’s love of children has made her a favorite among our younger patients. She puts children at ease from the moment they see her! Kristin performs chairside assisting, sterilization, fabricates bleach trays and nightguards, and coordinates implant and laboratory procedures. Kristin’s favorite thing about her job is getting to know the patients and learning new techniques and procedures. She was born in Waynesboro, VA; grew up in Elkton and now lives in Charlottesville with her husband William, and their three children. In her spare time she enjoys swimming and camping with her family. As a well-rounded, goal-oriented person, she's a great fit for a job that requires her to wear so many different hats!
Diane M. Gray, Assistant Office Manager/Appointment Scheduling Coordinator
Diane, a Charlottesville native, joined our practice in 2006. She serves as our assistant office manager and is our overall scheduling coordinator. In addition to these responsibilities she assists with billing, filing insurance claims, ordering supplies, and patient reception. Diane’s background includes interior decorating training at UVA and owning and running a small home improvement business. For Diane, the staff and patients at our practice feel like family, and she loves helping people and the variety of tasks she does in a given day. An animal lover, she has two miniature horses (April and Rose), two chickens (Romeo and Juliet), and an African grey parrot named Sam. She resides in Howardsville, Va with her husband Gary. She also has a son, Joshua. Diane and Gary recently built their dream home, a small log cabin they designed.
Lynda Townsend, Front Desk
Lynda is a relatively new member of our team, but she has been working in dentistry for over a decade so far. Originally from Scottsville, she attended Appalachian State for her education. She is committed to treating each patient with the care, dignity, and respect they deserve when they walk through the front door. Outside of work, Lynda is married with two children, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild! Her hobbies include going to Bible study, knitting, sewing, putting together puzzles, and reading.
