Our team really does care and will go the extra mile to help you smile. Whether we’re scheduling your appointment, taking X-rays, or removing tartar from teeth, you’ll have one of our team members right there with you to guide you through the process.
Christina Morris, Dental Hygienist
Christina received her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene through Germanna Community College in 2006. She strives to be an important part of improving our patients’ oral health through excellent care, education, and stressing the connection between dental wellbeing and overall wellbeing.
Her goal is for each patient to leave the chair feeling like they had the best treatment possible! She is also a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and has served as the Legislative Chair in the Monticello Dental Hygienists Association. Outside of working hours, she stays very busy with her two beautiful children, spends quality time outdoors, and plays softball and volleyball.
Catherine Strickler, Dental Hygienist
Catherine hails from Vineland, NJ, and her career as a dental hygiene spans over 26 years so far. She studied at Virginia Western Community College and has advanced training in CPR and handling patients with dementia. She loves taking good care of each person in her treatment chair and getting to know them on a personal level!
Catherine and her husband have two daughters and one son. When she has free time, her favorite hobbies include cooking, reading, walking, biking, gardening, and (of course) hanging out with her family. She also has a passion for antiquing and combing the beach for shells/shark’s teeth. Making sandcastles is always a top priority too!
Teresa Meriwether, Clinical Director
Born in Bountiful, Utah, Teresa started her career in the dental field by studying Business Management at Salt Lake Community College. She later worked for many years in several positions, such as an Expanded Duty Clinical Assistant, practice administrator, certified digital imaging instructor, dental practice software instructor, and owner of Practice 2 Aspire. With three decades of experience and counting, she loves working with a dynamic team, an incredible doctor, and amazing patients here at our practice.
At home, Teresa enjoys spending time with her loving husband. Together, they have 5 children and 10 wonderful grandchildren whom they absolutely adores. She also has a St. Bernard that brings a smile to everyone’s face. When she isn’t traveling or hanging out with her family, she likes to cook up different culinary creations as well as read a good book. One interesting thing about her: she’s made each of her grandchildren a cross-stitched and framed piece of art!
Dawn Davis, Administrative Leader
Dawn has been a part of the dental world for an amazing 35+ years, and she says it’s the fantastic people she works with that keep her passionate about her job, referring to both our patients as well as her fellow team members! A Charlottesville native, she and her husband, Kevin, have a wonderful daughter and son-in-law as well as six beautiful grandchildren. When she isn’t spending time with family, she likes to go out on the lake in their boat and travel.
Lynda Townsend, Front Desk
Lynda has been working in dentistry for nearly 15 years so far, and she loves being around such wonderful team members and patients each day here at Dr. Lippard’s office! Originally from Goldsboro, NC, she studied at Appalachian State.
At home, Lynda is happily married with two children, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Her favorite activities outside of working hours are going to bible study, knitting, attending church, completing crossword puzzles, and keeping up with current events here in the USA.
